The Heart of Shepherd’s Bush
The Askew has been part of the neighbourhood for years, and we’ve grown with it. Ours is a place built on conversations, familiar faces and the quiet comfort of a well-poured pint. There’s always something happening here. Sport on the screens, music in the air, a Sunday roast being served, or a laugh shared out in the garden. We’re proud to be a great pub that makes people feel at home the moment they walk in.

Pub Classics & Sunday Roasts
We serve great pub food every day, the kind that brings people together and keeps them coming back. Everything is cooked with care and made to match the atmosphere of the place, relaxed, welcoming and full of character. Sundays are all about the roast, served with crisp potatoes, rich gravy and all the trimmings. A proper Sunday, just as it should be.

Weekends At The Askew
By Friday the bingo’s on and the place is already in good form. Saturday is for live music – proper tunes, a few familiar faces, and plenty of pints along the way. Then Sunday it’s karaoke, a long-standing Askew tradition and still the highlight of the week. It’s always busy, always a laugh, and no one ever leaves early.

Sport on the Screens
We show every match worth watching. Football, rugby, the big tournaments and the mid-week fixtures that sneak up on you. The sound’s on, the pints are cold and there’s always a bit of craic about the place.

The Garden
There’s no bad time to be outside at The Askew. With plenty of space out front and a tucked-away garden out back, it’s perfect for catching up with friends, watching the sport or just settling in with a pint. The heaters keep things warm in winter and the covers mean the weather never ruins the plan. Whatever the season, there’s always a bit of buzz out there.
